Becoming a father is one of life’s greatest moments. However, the constant stress and responsibility often leads men to neglect their own health and appearance. Low self-confidence and strained relationships commonly result.

Thankfully, a daddy do-over helps fathers rejuvenate their chests and bodies. For many men, a daddy do-over is a game changer that improves self-esteem and restores a more youthful and athletic physique. Depending on your unique physical needs and aesthetic goals, your daddy do-over might include a tummy tuck, liposuction, male chest reduction, and/or fat grafting.

Dr. DelMauro spends time getting to know each patient’s aesthetic goals and develops a personalized plan for each patient’s daddy do-over surgery.

Daddy Do-Over FAQs

Men who are (1) healthy, (2) want to improve the appearance of their chests and bodies, (3) want to eliminate excess fat and/or skin, and (4) have realistic expectations are excellent candidates for daddy do-over surgery.

All of our procedures are performed at our office in our JCAHO-accredited surgical suite. In other words, your surgery will be performed in a facility that has met the same standards as a hospital!

A daddy do-over typically takes five to six hours or less to complete and is performed under general anesthesia on an outpatient basis.

The procedures that are part of your daddy do-over are chosen based on each patient’s individual needs and aesthetic goals.

With Dr. DelMauro’s rapid recovery protocol, most patients experience mild-to-moderate discomfort, aches, and tightness after daddy do-over surgery. However, the speed of recovery depends largely on your ability to follow the rapid recovery protocol. Most patients are able to return to their normal daily routine and work within 7-10 days. (However, patients are advised to avoid various activities for several weeks after surgery. Additional details will be discussed with you by Dr. DelMauro and is explained in the postoperative instructions provided to each patient.)

My LMT was professional and provided a good Swedish massage and addressed areas of discomfort I had indicated. However I thought I had booked the 80 min. spring special and he knew nothing about it! Also room was too warm and small.

The massage therapist, Dana, is terrific! She thoroughly knew what I needed, and I look forward to my next appointment! One topic I'd like to address: the massage therapy room needs to be larger. I’ve felt this way ever since it was changed. (I remember my first massage(s) in one of the larger rooms & after that, we moved to the “walk-in closet-like” space.) It’s a bit odd hearing phone conversations or other people talking at the desk. Perhaps the lounge area doesn't need to be the size it is? Just a thought.

I had a great massage from Geoffrey. He has a refined, intuitive touch and used that talent and a lot of patience to painlessly release muscle tension. Sometimes I like a vigorous massage and I’m sure he could do that if I asked, but today I need a softer touch and time to work out tension. I was grateful to see him for my treatment today.
