Dr. Abraham is double Board Certified and Fellowship Trained exclusively in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He graduated with Honors from Brown University and Cornell University Medical College. He completed his Residency and Chief Residency at the NYU Medical Center, followed by Advanced Fellowship Training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Microvascular Reconstruction at UCLA. Dr. Abraham returned to New York in 2003, where he founded his practice NYFACEmd and Oasis Medi-Spa in the beautiful Hudson Valley.


Dr. Abraham is Co-Director of the Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in Manhattan and Clinical Professor at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He is past President of the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society as well as the Dutchess County Medical Society, Director of Otolaryngology at the MidHudson Regional Hospital, and teaches at the Westchester Medical Center. He has received numerous prestigious awards and has been consistently chosen as a Top Doctor.


Dr. Abraham is a caring and compassionate provider and philanthropist. Having survived ethnic violence as a child growing up in Sri Lanka, Dr. Abraham considers himself truly blessed to have achieved such success and be at the top of his field.  He is driven and committed to giving back.  In his spare time, Dr. Abraham volunteers leading medical mission trips with Healing The Children North East and the Facial Plastic Surgery Academy’s FACE TO FACE humanitarian program. For these organizations, he performs leadership activities at both the domestic and international level. Dr. Abraham loves spending time with his family. He is an avid skier, biker and world traveler.
