Judy Fallon, Dr. Abraham’s Patient Care Coordinator and our Staff Manager, is there to guide you through your procedure and answer any questions you may have. Judy has worked with Dr. Abraham since he arrived to the Poughkeepsie area over 15 years ago. She has trained as a Surgical Technician and is here to guide you through every aspect of your upcoming procedure. Judy is a wealth of information and a gentle, calming influence. In her spare time, Judy is an avid ballroom dancer and loves to travel whenever possible.

Nicole Rios

Nicole is the patient care coordinator/medical assistant to Dr. Manoj Abraham and Dr. Bruce Moskowitz. Nicole will help guide patients through their consultations, treatments and surgical experiences. She is genuine and compassionate with patient care to ensure a positive experience.

Practice Manager

Patricia Ruf

Patricia has been working for Oasis Medi-Spa and Facial, Plastic, Reconstructive & Laser Surgery for 10 years. With over 30 years of banking experience, her career with our team began as a part-time staff member who handled payroll for the office. As the practice grew, Patricia was promoted to a full-time position as our Financial Coordinator & Office Manager. She handles all of the finances for our medical practice, including payroll, as well as assists in the ordering and all financial aspects of the expanded medical spa.

Surgical Technologist / OR MANAGER

Maribel Caraballo

Maribel is our dedicated OR Tech who thrives in the fast-paced world of the operating room. She is passionate about patient care and surgical excellence.

When not assisting in the OR, Maribel has taken those skills across borders through medical mission trips, helping deliver surgical care to communities around the world.

Known for a fun presence, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for helping people, Maribel brings both professionalism and heart to every operating room—whether it’s in a major hospital or a temporary clinic halfway across the globe, just know there will always be some bad bunny playing on the speaker.

Medical Assistant to the Visiting Surgeons, Front Desk Coordinator

Amanda Bueti

Amanda is a key part of the NYFACEMD patient experience. She serves as the Medical Assistant to our visiting surgeons and supports clinical care throughout surgical consultation days. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she welcomes patients, manages scheduling, and ensures appointments run smoothly from the moment you walk in. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Amanda is often the first friendly face patients meet when they arrive at the office.

Linda Ljuljic

Linda is our Front Desk Coordinator and Spa Scheduling Manager, bringing more than 20 years of beauty industry experience to NYFACEMD. She keeps the front desk and spa schedule moving with ease and is always the first to step in and help wherever the team needs her. Linda’s friendly, steady presence sets the tone for a smooth, welcoming visit from the moment patients walk in.

Media Director

Paul Lopez

Paul Lopez is the Media Director at NYFACEMD and the creative force behind the practice’s visual identity. With a degree in graphic design, Paul brings a refined eye for aesthetics and a strong foundation in both print and digital design. His role spans photography, videography, editing, and the full management of the practice’s website and social media presence.

Paul is passionate about storytelling through clean, modern visuals that reflect the quality and expertise of the NYFACEMD team. He is committed to elevating the brand by blending strategy with creativity and by continually learning, refining, and evolving the content that connects the practice to its community. 

MEDICAL COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

Ric White

Ric White brings over a decade of experience in medical billing and patient account management to NYFACEMD. He oversees payment collections with a calm, professional approach that helps patients navigate the financial side of their care with clarity and support. Ric is also known for stepping in wherever the team needs him, including assisting at the front desk during busy moments.

Outside the office, Ric enjoys cooking and exploring his creative interests in music.

Medical Assistant

Shannon Frye

Shannon has been a medical assistant since 2011, gaining experience in internal medicine, OB/GYN, Endocrinology and Rheumatology before transitioning into ophthalmology and oculofacial plastic surgery. Over the past three years in that specialty, she truly excelled-supporting detailed procedures, assisting with in-office surgeries, and providing compassionate patient care. With a strong clinical background and adaptability across multiple specialties, she brings skill, professionalism, and dedication to every role.

Surgical Technician & Cosmetic Coordinator to Dr. DelMauro

Christina Mugnano

Christina is the long time cosmetic patient care coordinator and surgical technician to Dr. Matthew DelMauro. She is a certified Medical Assistant and assists with patients at both Facial, Plastic, Reconstructive & Laser Surgery and Oasis Medi-Spa. She lives with her family in the local Hudson Valley area.

Registered Nurse

Kimberly Galantich

Kimberly Galantich, RN, brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic background to the world of aesthetics. After earning her BFA in Illustration from the University of Hartford and later graduating from Pace University’s Lienhard School of Nursing, she spent over two decades as a Trauma/Surgical nurse at Westchester Medical Center. Her own breast cancer journey and reconstructive process inspired her transition into aesthetic nursing, where she became certified in neurotoxin injections in 2022 and developed a deep sensitivity to helping clients look and feel their best.

Abby Bentley is a registered nurse who brings a strong foundation in clinical care and a patient centered approach to NYFACEMD. She works closely with our providers to support surgical and non surgical treatments, helping ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their experience.
